Jump-Off 77 goes Trash Talking in TLOTB. SUKMA's scoreboard scores big. Polo Girls go nude while Katie Price gags with WAGS. From America we have the latest single Royal Tumbles by Prince Harry and the Greasy Geese. The longest awaited Jump-Off is back.

SUKMA Score
The electronic scoreboard at SUKMA , which allegedly came with a lot of zeros in its price tag, was one big fat zero when it came to functioning. No software, no electronic eyes, no nothing but a big display that couldn’t work. Judges had to resort to the trusty stopwatch.
Someone must have scored big.
Scoreless
With just a day’s warning, a dressage judge dropped everything to go to judge at SUKMA. No one had asked her before that. The main SUKMA organiser couldn’t even be bothered to greet her, much less thank her for coming.
Is it only the score that matters?

No Team Sportmanship
“How sportsmanship are you?” are famous words in TLOTB. How sportsmanship indeed, that TLOTB does not allow sportsmen who play in team sports to be nominated for their annual National Sports Awards. Well, because they only play team sports, it was explained. In TLOTB team sports aren’t real sports and only individual sports count.
Trash Talking
In TLOTB a company that charged for incineration instead thought it would be okay to chop a horse carcass up and dump its parts at a market garbage disposal area. We know they like their “spare parts” but this is getting ridiculous.
Chopped in the NEC
The horses for the Youth Olympic Games, arriving today in Singapore will go directly to the Singapore Turf Club Equestrian Centre to be quarantined there instead of quarantining at the newly created National Equestrian Centre. Don't ask why or you'll be persona non-grata at the NEC too.
In a Flash
Faster than you could say "Bye" Titien Irvianty and Roy Ibrahim were taken down from the Indonesian list of FEI qualified officials. Just three days after taking up positions with the Equestrian Federation of Singapore, both Indonesian stalwarts were consigned to the history bin in their native land. Out of sight - out of mind.
Horseboy with No Name
An internet prankster dubbed Horseboy refused to give away his identity, claiming that his real name is ''Dobbin Horsome''. Why the silly name? And the long face?
Vet Tangled
A veterinarian was summoned to a farm in Devon, England: a horse had become tangled in a fence. The vet decided to sedate the spooked horse to free it, but once she injected the animal, she couldn't get out of the way fast enough: the horse went unconscious and collapsed on top of her. Firefighters had to be called to rescue her. She was not injured. Her body: uninjured. Her pride: slightly bruised.
Gucci Snaffles GCT Team
Gucci, long renowned for snaffling on to equestrian links will now have a direct link to showjumping, creating the uniforms for Charlotte Casiraghi's showjumping team. Casiraghi, the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, will make her debut in the The Global Champions Tour wearing an exclusive equestrian wardrobe designed by Gucci creative director Frida Giannini.
Wrong Steeplechase Course
Five jockeys have been punished for getting their bearings mixed up in the middle of a race at Newcastle. The group took an incorrect turn and ended up on the wrong side of the central railings.
Who knew you had to count the numbers in a steeplechase too?
Polo Girls Get Nude for Charity
In recent years the trend for University polo teams to produce and sell nude calendars for charity has grown in success and popularity. Thankfully the women polo players feature in more of these nude calendars than their male counterparts.
The trend is yet to arrive in Malaysia.
But we are working on it.
Katie WAGS
The wife of straying Chelsea footballer John Terry has been offered support by Katie Price - who said she would love to take the Wag out horse riding. It is confirmed that dressage loving Toni Terry, formerly featured in Jump-Off 74, now officially has a better half-pass than husband John, whose English side was dumped out of the FIFA World Cup by a warmblood side.

Proving that those who stray get sold, Katie Price has sold the horse named after Peter Andre and bought herself a new one - called Jordan's Striker!
Greasy Geese get Kentucky Farewell
Geese herded before World Equestrian Games. At first it looks like it's all fun and games, with two remotely controlled boats buzzing across the Kentucky Horse Park lake, slowly herding about 65 Canada geese to shore.
But goose removal is a very serious undertaking because of what is delicately known as goose grease.
Royal Tumble
Prince Harry took a royal tumble at a charity match. It was all for a good cause and the good Prince remounted and played on

Relocated: Titien Irvianty and Roy Ibrahim have moved to take up positions of Administrator and Chief Instructor at Singapore’s National Equestrian Centre.
